{UAH} OKOTH OGAL'S DERELICTION OF DUTY STILL PERSIST..
People;
-- I read with dismay ex-police chief Okoth Ogala's version of Obote's second overthrow ( Obote's overthrow) He claims to have known that Tito Okello and cohorts were planning to overthrow Obote's government. As a policeman, the right thing to do was to arrest Tito Okello for attempting to disrupt the government or organising a coup. Lakini wapi! He stood by and let things happen. This is tantamount to dereliction of duty. As if that was not enough, as a retired officer, he should be focusing on policing today and see to it that it's being administered according to the law of the country. He should be keeping an eye on Kanyihura and the wider service but he chooses to glance to some fading past. Yet another dereliction of duty if you asked me!.
