Government has been wasting over Shs450 billion towards wealth creation projects with no meaningful impact on the citizens, President Yoweri Museveni has said.
He made the remarks while presiding over the official opening of the Entebbe Miracle Center Church.
"We have been wasting a lot of money towards wealth creation, I added up and each year we have been putting over Shs 450 billion in NAADS, NUSAF, PRDP, Microfinance and other programs but now I am launching my soldiers who will do a job what failed for a long time," the President said.
