{UAH} South Sudan Army’s second highest ranking General resigns and flees into Exile

The second highest ranking officer in South Sudan people's liberation Army the Deputy Chief of Staff, Lt. Gen. Barpiny Mantuil Wicjeng has, resigned his commission in the army and fled to the neighboring Kenya.
The military general, who also in charge of moral orientation in the armed forces, accused the administration of President Salva Kiir of practicing gross nepotism and hindering the country's development.
The General deployed a ploy where he asked his superiors for permission to go to Germany for treatment, with that he got permission to go to Uganda a Neighbouring country in the south of the young nation to get a Visa at the German Embassy in Uganda.
