As some of you know, The Prime minister left for EU this evening to be able to sign the agreement we have negotiated with Europe all these years. The Prime minister departed late in the evening for Europe. We are being informed that the aircraft has developed a problem in the air, and a decision has been made for the air craft to return into Ottawa.
