Brothers and sisters, this morning l have BBS Telefaina Eyaffe,
subject was these Chinese companies that are given man for road
construction and they send it back to China to generate interests. My
humble submission has been that Government both central and local
including regional should have our own construction companies which
may team up with foreigners Chinese inclusive.
Secondly, we should also support our local private companies like Ally
Mukalazi's and others.
Thirdly, there is poor construction of Entebbe Express Highway from
Kajjansi to Busaabala, according to local workers, as the main
contractor sub contracted another, and let me hope that Madam Allen
Kagina is aware.
By the way, it is alleged that equipment used including tippers and
lorries are belong to Amama Mbabazi owned company, which is no crime,
but other Ugandan owned companies should also be contracted.
