I am hereby quoting the message"I can help u go on govt pay role just to give us updates on Besigye basically what he plans to do what he was doing in uk is ur boy friend ready to give u info.we use it we wont engage him we want infn only what they plan to do who finances them whats their next plan? See if u can do that deal i tskr u some where u keep getg monthly payment as u give us info.in case dont buy deal keep quiet and delete my proposal".
