Why do you forget to list NOVEMBER 4, 1964 the day the  counties of Buyaga and Bugangaizi voted, and won, in a referendum which gave Abagangaizi freedom from Buganda colonial rule.

That referendum saved many lives. So its a memorable day in Uganda's history.
