SV: {UAH} FEDERAL REPORT ON SOMALIA//
Mw Mujabi,
Akim KIMBO knows nothing about Federalism Uganda. Why? Bcos he and Kamya are climbing tree from the top! Thier Federalism is making sure M7 gets 80 % votes and rule Uganda till death!
So I am asking you to leave Akim and Kamya alone!

akim, Uganda protectorate was divided into four regions i.e. Buganda,
Eastern, Western and Northern, then Amin came with 10 provinces i.e.
Central, South Buganda, North Buganda, Busoga, Eastern, Western,
Southern, Northern, Nile and Karamoja.
But at independence, we had kingdom of Buganda as both a region and
province, kingdoms of Ankole, Bunyoro and Tooro in western region,
territory of Busoga in eastern region, 10 districts of Kigezi in
Western, Bukedi, Bugisu, Teso and Sebei in Eastern, Acholi Lango, West
Nile, Madi and Karamoja in Northern Region.
Now according to 1995 constituion as amended in 2005, we have regions
of Buganda, Busoga, Bukedi, Bugisu, Sebei, Teso, Ankole, Kigezi,
Bunyoro, Tooro, Acholi, Lango, Madi, Karamoja.
There are some districts like Kasese, Bundibugyo and Ntoroko that are
not tagged to any region,
But regional governments of Buganda, Busoga, Bunyoro, Acholi and Lango
were supposed to operate starting with July 1st 2006, it never
materialised.
Borrowing from Nigeria which had three giant states that almost torn
the federal government, until they were broken into 10 and many
others, the four traditional regions can easily break Uganda, and can
only work in an East Africa Federation.
Let the independence districts form regions and regional governments
with modifications. But power must devolve to regions, the center is
overwhelmed.
