TR: {UAH} When Makerere was ahead of MIT

Dear Paul Ssemaluulu, we personally recognize Makerere university values not only today with what you show below, but even before when prof Mahmood Mamdani showed, through his "When victims become killers", what happened to Rwanda. 

We can't ignore, of course, that most professors in current Rwanda university come from Makerere, replacing the old we were.
