{UAH} Colonel probed over Gen. Oketta death

On Sunday 30th/10/2016, Lt. Col. Tony Owana on his Star TV programme at 2:00pm aired a recap of proceedings at the funeral of former Vice President, Dr Samson Kisekka, at Temangalo in 1999. President Musevni was in attendance.
While giving a preview before the footage aired -for close to an hour, Owana alerted the viewer that they would see many people at the function "including those who departed from us and those who will depart soon."
Among those we saw in the pictures were the lates Abubaker Kakyama Mayanja (former Amin-era Minister of Education and Museveni-era Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs and 3rd dep P.M) and Sam Njuba (former president Uganda Law Society, former Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs and later FDC vice president).
We also saw then Col. Julius Oketta, in his stereotypical calm demeanor and clean-shaven head, seated among other officers.
How did Lt. Col. Owana foresee his fate with precision? Not even a week passed.
