Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump are not the president yet and:
** Muslim communities are under unwarranted surveillance.
** Muslims make up the majority of the No Fly Lists and Terror Watch lists.
** Muslims are less than 1% of the US population and they make up over 70% of the Communication Management Units which are on US Soil akin to Guantanamo and dubbed Guantanamo North.
** Muslims can be convicted on secret evidence, so some don't even know why they are rotting in maximum security prisons.
** Unjust wars and droning of mostly innocent civilians. Extrajudicial killings abroad.
** USA deports 1000 immigrants a day. Yup, they have deported more people in the last 8 years than under any other administration.
** Hundreds of unarmed people, mostly Black and brown are killed at the hands of law enforcement in this country and barely no one gets held accountable.
** They have the largest prison population in the entire world by far. Modern day slavery.
** Native Americans fighting to protect their land and water.
** 45 Million Americans live below the poverty line.
So let's get back to work. These issues have always been here. I am under no illusions that this election is going to be groundbreaking or transformative. It's already bad, people.
