{UAH} If I become president,

When i become the president of Uganda (2026-2031), i shall do the following;

1) Revise the investment policy. every foreigner who shall want to invest in Uganda shall need, as A MUST a minimum capital of 25bn ugx.
2) Arrest and imprison all the smelling corrupt civil servants. Also those who have been in the government, their source of wealth shall be investigated and audited.
3) Health,and Education shall take the biggest share of the budget.
4) All government contracts will be awarded only to Ugandan citizens.
5) All army,Police and Prisons officers shall undergo health check up, those who shall be found with permanent illness shall be retired forcefully with costs.
6) I shall keep all my people very happy, i promise.
7) I shall never ever spoil the people by uttering lies except the truth.
8) Proper channels will be given to my people without any hesitation.
9) People shall be thought to deal with good manners and to go in the proper path.
10) I shall always win my people's heart and mind and their blessings.
11) I shall restore public transport system and co-operatives.
12) I shall restore term limits,age limit and independence for government institutions.
