{UAH} Museveni concerned about quality of university education

OK 30 years. If you are born in 1986, you have gone to all schooling. from elementary to Post-Graduate. And this is all under M7/NRM. Has anyone of this NRM guys reminded him that this is his education policy? When will this guys accept a little blame. When will he take responsibility? NRM guys are you still blame Amin, Obote, et al for the failure of your guy?

I feel sorry for you guys. EM what have to say to defend your guys..
