LAND WRANGLES NEED JUDICIAL COMMISSION OF INQUIRY
Brothers and sisters, we should thank His Excellency the President for
making an intervention in Nakaseeke where bibanja holders have been at
war with the Katikkiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga over land.
These people need compensation for the humiliation they may have gone
through so that such a blunder is not repeated.
However, as l always say, the best is for the land fund where the
bibanja holders can buy themselves off or the land owner buying them
off, as it is stipulated in the constitution and the land law.
and 1998 Land Act as amended, there is a need for another commission
of inquiry in land matters in Uganda.
Al Haji Abdul Nadduli on Dream TV tonight from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm and
thereafter we shall bed on Salaam TV from 11.00 pm to 12.00 midnight.
