      George Okello
George Okello In 1976, Yoseri Kayibanda Museveni batterred and strangled to death his then wife Hope kwaheru. This was in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The motive for Kayibanda's brutal act of murder, and which later on he was to perfect as a signature atocity that defines his modus operandi as a political activist, was not very clear, but it seems Kwaheru had stumbled on to the truth, later proven, that Kayibanda Museveni was a double agent, working for both the Tanzanian Intelligence services and by extension the Ugandan liberation forces supported by the Tanzanian govt. and as well as the State Research Bureau of Idi Amin Dada. kayibanda for many years operated as Amin's trojan horse within the liberation movement and his fear of being rumbled and exposed led him to murder his own wife. Like the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos of the Philippines, who also murdered his father's political rival by shooting him in the eye with a pistol, Kayibanda belongs to a very small and select group of politicians who launched their political careers by patricide or brutal murder of a loved one. This barbarity and grotesque brutality has since epitomised every aspect of Kayibanda's poltical and personal life. After murdering Kwaheru, Kayibanda made her body disappear completely from the face of the earth never to be seen again. He was probably helped in this heathen and banal crime by his fellow confreres like the late Eriya Kategaya, but Kategaya took this dark secret with him to his grave, refusing our plea to make a bedside confession to his priest when he was at the throes of death. Ever fearful and terrified of Kayibanda's revenge after his death, Kategaya chose to shut his trap and refused to leave behind any information that may lead to Kwaheru's body being discovered, even "accidentally" by a cattle keeper or a farmer in some hidden valley or plateau in Tanzania, in a manner which would not incriminate his co-conspitators. Be that it may, Kwaheru's body has never been discovered. She lies somewhere hidden in the bushes of Tanzania, or at the bottom of the Indian Ocean near the Dar es Salaam Sea coast, entombed with cement in a barrel of concrete. Despite spending 9 years now and hundreds of thousands of pounds trying to locate Kwaheru's body so that it may be returned to her parents and people in Uganda for a dignified and humane burial, her whereabouts still remain a mystery and only one man alive now knows for certain the location of Kwaheru's lonely grave, and that man is the pretender to the Rwandan occupation throne in Uganda, Kayibanda Museveni. Yoseri Kayibanda Museveni is a psychopath whose early upbringing destroyed every semblance of human compassion in him. Born out of rape of his mother in Butare about 89 years ago in the brutal Rwandan civil war of the 1920-30s, Kayibanda has always been a mentally disturbed person, very angry with the world, as he feels fate dealt him a very hard blow. He never cam to terms with the circumstances of his unfortunate conception, and the fact that he has had no connection with his biological father.Despite having kindly adoptive fathers in Mr Kaguta, a wandering Rwandan cattle herdsman, and Mr Byanyima,a parochial local church-going politician, Kayibanda never took kindly to human friendhip or companionship, and over time he became a hardened psychopath who derives pleasure from inflicting pain on others. Today, Kayibanda's entire personae is that of a sadist and an extremely vindictive and violent man, whose heartlessess and complete absence of human feelings is shocking to even the most hardened of psycho-analysts. Sigmund Freud would have had difficulty putting Kayibanda's barbarity and propensity for ruthlessness and blood-letting into a psychological context. His insecurity and shame of his upbringing led him to an almost pathological desire for power and the need to control others. Kayibanda has no friends in life; his companions are transient and passing carpets for him to wipe his boots. Power epitomises his every need in life. He is prepared to do anything to keep power. His psychological atrophy is signified by the reports that he sexually ejaculates every time he shoots a victim in the eye. This partly explains why, since he murdered Kwaheru, he has used and abused every woman he has come across, from Getrude Njuba, Betty Bigome, Amelaia Kyambadde, Jenniffer Musisi and hundreds of others whom he keeps in a harem at the so-called State House in Entebbe. Despite his distended pot-belly, Kayibanda will go down in the annals's of Uganda's history as a notorious sexual predatory and ritual abuser of women. Let us always remember Hope Kwaheru, an early victim of a man who would later turn out to be responsble for the geocide of at least 15 million innocent people in the Great Lakes region, a majority of them women.Yoseri Kayibanda Museveni does not have one single redeeming feature. He is the epitome of PURE EVIL and SCUM OF THE EARTH.
