former Rwandan Catholic priest, Thomas Nahimana, is returing to Rwanda to vie for the Presidency in 2017, contesting against Kagame. Heard him being interviewed on BBC.
he said he had said that Rwandan government was dictatorial which Rwanda had denied and that by going back he was going to test its democratic credentials.
