Fellow Ugandans, YES, Gen. Katumba may not have been involved in this massacres, but it had been an institution he is one of it's top leader that is why I think he has no moral values in continuing being on top of this army. Clearly he must have the human conscience and moral values to remove himself from such an army top leadership. It should not be as usual if he has any human dignity understand he doesn't. Pathetic, and truly retrogressive. The real issue here is that, it true human conscience that drive us into respects of human right and I think Katumba must be a hero in this debacle rather than being a coward and a novice who has no human conscience.

Good damn it and sadly, some Ugandan political observers are thinking that Gen. Katumba is not real but just there for PR purpose since it seems the Young Turk in the Kraal, Gen Muhoozi is the one who is real and pulls quite very powerful political string this time round. Let me be a bit hypothetically by asking a question would it be possible for both Gen Katumba and Vice President Kiwanuka Sekandi lead Uganda if President M7 died today? Would the Army Generals from South – Western Uganda be ready and accept such abrupt change if any or could even BESIGYE do it?

Take it or leave it, this political tragedy in Kasese sub – region should be discussed with tamed and cool heads and reconciliation with hope for peaceful coexistence in Uganda. This latest wrongs must not be the last journey for looking for a political solution in the whole Uganda to stop it from happening in other areas of Uganda!

Fellow Ugandans let the whole of us Pray for God the Almighty to Protect, the whole us during the coming Xmas and a Merry New Year Festivities!

The minister of defence is an unknown Mutoro man who had been put in situ to implicate Mumbere against his knowledge,  if the exercise had gone according to plan.

Because the plan went so wrong the man has not even been mentioned.
