Whats your view on this shocking story? In the new Uganda we want to establish, such barbaric prcatices will be treated on a par with murder and punished with a life term sentence in prison without parole and with hard labour. We will not allow any Ugandan child to be abused by any religion, traditiion, culture, clan , relatives or parents. All Ugandan children will have the full protection of the law and we shall be very harsh with anyone who abuses a child.
