{UAH} CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO GAMBIA.

I would like to congratulate the people of the Gambia, the president elect Adama Barrow, and also quite importantly, the outgoing President Yahya Jammeh who put in place the reforms necessary for successful, free, fair, and transparent elections that nobody thought could happen the way it did in Gambia.

Indeed it is a sunshine moment for Africa
