First Genocide in Africa Was a Precursor of what was to Come. Nearly 150 million Africans have died in genocides often carried out by their own governments since independence. Rwandan outlaw Kayibanda Museveni has committed the worst genocides known to mankind, with 4 million brutally murdered in Uganda and Rwanda over various phases and over 12 million butchered in the DR Congo. Per capita, Kayibanda Museveni has murdered more people than Hitler, Pol Pot and Nguema combined and is the worst blood-soaked tyrant in modern history..

They killed millions, decapitated their heads and shipped their brains to Germany for studies to see if they were humans. Some of those Germans still live in Namibia and own most of the lands.
