{UAH} Kayibanda in trouble in a pit latrine!!!!

Kayibanda seems to be having real trouble with his diapers (adult nappies). His trousers are falling off, I dont think he fastened them tightly when he changed in  the pit latrine. I wonder where Farouk Kirunda was. Fixing kayibanda's nappies is part of his duties as a state house footman or butler. He should take lessons from Nubian fart Edward Irundrua, who was Bakulu Mapgi's footman for many years.  I now understand why Kayibanda carries a portable toilet with him. With his protruding pot-belly, he cant even fit in a tiny pit-latrine, and one would not be surprised if the floor caved in and he got swallowed up in the shit, never to come out again.
