{UAH} Mr. President: Reduce number of cmmerical banks in Uganda

It is high time that Uganda parliament and Government understand that the large number of commercial banks in the country is just breeding it -

Nationalise or reduce the number of commericial bank to only five , two of which should  be state (national) and international banks.

Is it true some ey banker are on the run?
