It's only a matter of time before the Commander-In-Chief exercises his weak (read magnanimous) side by requesting the system to see to it that Charles Wesley Mumbere of Rwanzururu fame is set free, bailed out, pardoned, etc-whichever is applicable.
The jailbird himself and his supporters know this very well while FDC leaders from Kasese and elsewhere don't wish to see such a thing happen. It's not good business.
But since it's the C-I-C who runs things, he will do his bidding. Other outcomes we are not sharing now.
