{UAH} SOME OF THE THINGS THAT LEAVE MY HEAD SHAKING!

1.Hiring the Scotland Yard to investigate Kayiira's death cost the tax payer $250,000,but up to now the taxpayer doesnt know what's in the final report;
2.Prof Yusuf Lule reportedly died of 'stress' in a Nairobi hospital but, up to now, we dont officially know what exactly caused his death;
3.Late Kato Kiraga, who was in charge of 'PANDA GARI', and director of Intelligence during Obote2, was 26 years when he got the job. Is it possible that a younger age contributed to his poor decision making? Why would Oyite Ojok and Muwanga trust such a young man with that too much responsibility that involved people's lives?
4. Several Muslim clerics have been assasinated over the years but, up to now, we dont know who's behind these murders. Lots of theories flying around,and the police isnt that helpful!

5.Why do some people think that in order to become a president of Uganda(to serve people at the highest level), one should have a millitary background?
