Something extremely wrong with Africans

 

When I was a politician in Europe, I saw firsthand how politics could avoid crisis after crisis just by getting the numbesr right and then invest into productive sectors.

But then – there wasn't many sectors to invest into, everything was developed!

How can Africa and Uganda underdeveloped as it is fail even to build small micro dam or just provide for people in slums?
