We Africans are very funnyand terrible  people.

Uganda is a developing country that can create millions of vacancies for our people in all economic sectors. And it is not so terriblity difficult.

 Reduce size of parliament and invest in productive sectors. 

What is wrong with government?

Arabs, I learnt it a long time ago, are worse than European  on a race scale. Why can't we learn?
