Poverty in Ugandan is Caused and Created by the corrupt and brutal Rwandan outlaw Kayibanda Museveni as a deliberate policy of dis-empowering the people and making them supplicants and beggars beholden to him and his greedy cohort of Rwandan mercenaries and their Ugandan quislings. The pot-bellied barbarian is both heartless and merciless, in a land of plenty where millions are starving.
