We used to think that Africa could never sink any  lower, with the likes of  graft-ridden colonialist white puppets like Mobutu Sese Seko Kuku Wa Zabanga at the helm. We were sadly mistaken. Kayibanda Museveni's brutal reign spanning 3 decades makes Mobutu's corrupt rule look like a paradise to  Congolese and African people alike. Mobutu concentrated on cannibalising Congo's wealth and siphoning them to offshore accounts,  while the Rwandan savage has concentrated on cannibalising Congo's blood, laying to waste a once lush and largely peaceful countryside, and scattering all over the plains and forests of the Congo nearly 12 million skulls, innocent people brutally slaughtered by Kayibanda's mercenary army and militias he sponsored from Rwanda and from the DRC itself.
