Here Kayibanda says he will create 10,000 jobs!! has this Rwandan buffoon completely lost it? How did you say Sigmund Frued would describe this mentally deranged buffoon? How on earth is a Chinese going to create 100 jobs, let alone 10,000? Does he not know Chinese investment practices of creating jobs for Chinese citizens abroad?

We are really cursed to have a brain dead buffoon as a leader? Or may be you right actually. Kayibanda has no interest in Uganda and all he is doing is going to a plan that benefits him, his cronies and his Rwandan Hima Plan.
