Mw Bwanika and UAH folks,

Let us not run too fast. Because I think the researchers are folks with solid awareness on the issues of political and democratic development. So I hope it would not be just easy just to bring them in Uganda. If anything, there exists countries where fragile democratic plural politics taking have and are taking ground such as South Africa, Ghana, Botswana, Tanzania and some others those value human rights!
