I think a good and, or well plan urban dwellings must go with some true democracy and some clear contracts with Social Society. I think even here in Sweden proper country planning started when democracy and respects to human rights had gained ground. I think the Swedish folks did not start it under dictatorship like what we reading in the media about what is taking places in Uganda and, or Ethiopia!
