{UAH} About Kayibanda

In March 1987,i was coming from Namirembe with Museveni in a small convoy of about Six cars. When we got to the Baganda bus park, Museveni stood up in his open roof to wave to the people.
His then Principal Private Secretary Lt. Col. Serwanga Lwanga shouted at him to sit back down as he could be shot.
Museveni said, " Gwe Serwanga, nvako, nabba kyaani?" meaning, you Serwanga, leave me alone, whose property have I stolen to be shot"

He now travels with a convoy of over 30 cars, speaks hidden in a bulletproof cage. I  wonder whose property he has now stolen.
