{UAH} Cultural leaders must respect each other, thus, they can't build palaces in other kingdoms.
The Monitor of January 9, 217, wrote, front page, that Kabaka's palace was burned in Nakasongola, Bunyala kingdom.
The principle is, according to the Uganda Constitution, Uganda has over ten Cultural leaders, including, Isaabanyala of Bunyala, Isaabaruuli of Buruuli,Kaamuswaga of Kooki, etc. Each Cultural leader is independent of the others. Hence one cultural leader is prohibited to act as a cultural leader when visiting a fellow cultural leader.Preview attachment 20161210_155604.jpg
