UAH is secular, intellectual and non-aligned politically, culturally or religiously email discussion group.

{UAH} Cultural leaders must respect each other, thus, they can't build palaces in other kingdoms.

The Monitor of January 9, 217, wrote, front page, that Kabaka's palace was burned in Nakasongola, Bunyala kingdom.

The principle is, according to the Uganda Constitution, Uganda has over ten Cultural leaders, including, Isaabanyala of Bunyala, Isaabaruuli of Buruuli,Kaamuswaga of Kooki, etc. Each Cultural leader is independent of the others. Hence one cultural leader is prohibited to act as a cultural leader when visiting a fellow cultural leader.

Accordingly, when one cultural leader constructs a house in a fellow cultural leader's kingdom, THAT HOUSE CANNOT BE CALLED A PALACE.  IT REMAINS  A MERE HOUSE
According to the Uganda Constitution, Bunyala, Buruuli, Kooki, etc, are independent Cultural Institutions who are fully recognised by the Uganda Constitution. The Uganda Government gives the same treatment to all of them, like Seccurity Guards, official vehicles, etc.

Hence, during official Government Functions all Cultural leaders are seated together in the same in equal arrangments, nobody is given precedence over the others

The accompnying picture shows the Isaabaruuli, the king, the Cultural leader of Abaruuli, attending his 8th Coronation Anniversay on December 10, 2016.
