{UAH} Edith Byanyima in court to day. who is next

It is appropriate for police to do their job and i think they should not be politically motivated or instigated by politicians.

Now if we are to go by the Penal code of uterances... there so many that now deserv to appear in court.

During the compaign there was a lady who abused Abairu... that they will feed in Bahima urse for the rest of their lives. That they eat what cones from ground like snakes. That the Bahima will rule the Bairu for ever wheather they like it or not.
Such utterances were unoying and dividing people but did she need to get to jail.. The president intervened and the matter came to an end.

I can understand why that lady spoke the way she did as u all know during compaigns u get carried away and say what you should not even say. Thus forgiving her to me was ok and we have moved on.

Now the case of Edith Byanyima.. to me i dont see anything in it. Think of what circumstances was Edith at the time she uttered this. In any case the father of those boys died and to the family it hurts likewise the Akenas family.

The intimidation in this is that all Acholi or North MP have gathered and put pressure to police to open a case against Edith over what she said and there it threatens she could end up in jail for 5year...depending on the judges wishes.. Now  should  all Mps from the Western cometogether against this accusation as well ...because there so many people in the western region who lost their relatives in some funy ways..so please dont escalate this case if u want it delt with properly and professionally.

So to me i think it appropriate to deal with the Akenas case clearly and smoothly get to the actual point and charge the killer. But meardering here and there we wont burge no sense.

Stay forcused on the Akena.

The aim of  weakening the Byanyimas family is a waste of time. Akens deserves  justice .

Edith as a mother is also hurt to see her son in such a situation. she would not have loved to see that. but anger makes u say what you could not have said.

Thus lets stay focused on Akenas killer to me am interested in who killed this boy. then we know and charge him or her. The taking of Edith to court..then threaten her with hail.kf 5 years..is diverting the case. unles u want this case watered down follow it the way u want. If y chase two animals unend up.loosing both.
