The Ethiopian....Ethiopian was used in antiquity just as African is used today or African American. Ethiopian was the name given to all Blacks
In Africa such as Nubia, Sudan, Kush, Egypt, Nigeria, Tusinia, Tanzania , Ethiopia and in Asia such as India and China, even at one time what you know as Africa and Asia was called Ethiopia because this is where all the blacks dwelled .....Ethiopian derives from aitho ( = burned ) ops ( = face) , so an Ethiopian is one who is dark and/or burned from the Sun. The pale races as they developed much later , didn't have the scientific mind to know what melanin was and/or the chemistry of genetic make up of pigments , so everyone Black was considered burned because that is what their skin gets anytime in the Sun. They thought Black, Ethiopian People were magic because they skin got rich in the Sun while theirs turn "red" and shed problems.......
