{UAH} How the New US Immigration Policy Affects Ugandans

there are 5 things that should concern Ugandans about the executive Order that Trump signed on Immigration laws:
1. more resources are going to put in fast tracking asylum cases.
2. all state law enforcement officials are now allowed to enforce immigration law...e.g a local police officer or a park ranger can now ask you to prove that you are here legally and can arrest you for overstaying your visa. The officer does not have to hand you to immigration officials for questioning.
 3. expediting deportations.
4. he is ending the policy of "catch and release" of people that have violated immigration law..including over staying your visa.
5.If an immigration officer determines that an alien is inadmissible (if he thinks you lied on your application or if you don't have a passport, etc), the officer shall order the alien removed from the United States without further hearing or review unless the alien indicates either an intention to apply for asylum or a fear of persecution.

Uganda isn't among the countries that will face increased scrutiny by immigration officers...it's Arab countries
