King Mumbere Charles of Rwenzururu Kasese Granted Bail in JINJA but iam told he has been restricted to Only Jinja ,Wakiso and Kampala ,meaning he shouldn't step a Foot in Kasese or anyother part of Uganda apart from those mentioned herein above only. Is this a Bail or??
