{UAH} MP Nseresko is mad with URA payment

Dear comrades,

This URA bonus saga is unbelievable, when we were fighting in the 9th parliament about the oil bill now the Act, we were expelled from the party.

Rightly so we had predicted that the oil industry without accountability is a total waste for our nation.

The following are the questions.

1. Who authorized that payment?

2. From what vote of the national budget was it drawn?

3. Since when did parliament approve a bonus scheme of payment ?

4. If so who pays the doctor's bonus for saving our lives in funny hospitals?

5. Who pays teachers a bonus for producing great brains?

6. Who pays the soldiers and police a bonus for guarding the wealth we make every single day as they earn pea nuts

7. Which bonus was paid to other workers in those organizations where those clowns were paid like clerks , drivers and other lower ranking officers.

As the chairperson Equal opportunities committee,  this will not pass un challenged.
