{UAH} Response to John Baguma: Nature of Ugandans in USA

Mr Baguma,

The immigration officers ask them to prove that they fear persecution.  If the officers are not satisfied,they deny them asylum and then they can appeal to a judge. 

Why do you say that "they should behave themselves lest they crumble the cookie"?
