In the 1990s western media created the discourse that the CIA not only helped bring down the Soviet Union but helped to bring Boris Yeltsin to power. As a result a movie was made titled 'Spinning Boris'. Wild guess but it seems communists like George Okello might be rubbing themselves with glee that finally the ex-KGB guys who probably never forgave America for what they did to good old Soviet Union, were behind the USA political hacking saga. If that were true, would the Russians come up with a movie 'Spinning Donald'? Or are they too clever to take credit and will leave it to the likes of Michael Moore?
