The urgency to fill up spatial gaps in his speeches should be known by Ugandans as they are moments he spews truth about himself and actual plans.

Museveni for sure has a very disorganized mind - so to speak. He messes up good thoughts and ideas, aka. visions, by going arrogant when he cant deliver a message eloquently. Thats what makes him defensively arrogant and an in-your-face insulting pain in the ass for all of us.
