Unconfirmed: Kenyan Cabinet Secretary arrested over bribery in Ethiopia

CS Mwangi Kiunjuri in Adis Ababa. Unconfirmed reports indicate he has been arrested.

Unconfirmed reports making rounds on social media have indicated that Devolution Cabinet secretary Mwangi Kiunjuri has been arrested over bribery in Adis Ababa Ethiopia. 

The CS is among Kenya's delegation at the African Union opening ceremony of the 28th Ordinary Session of the AU where elections for the organisation's chairperson position are taking place today.

Foreign Affairs CS Amina Mohamed is on the forefront to capture the seat however, she is facing stiff competition from Senegal's Abdoulaye Bathily, Moussa Faki from Chad, Agapito Mba fro Equatorial Guinea and Botswana's Pelonomi Venson-Moitoi.
