{UAH} What else can one do

 

At times I wonder if we have the ability to solve seemingly simple problems as a collective of Africans.

Makerere is just chaos - with students almost running the administration and labs that lac the basic facilities!

In my view Uganda ministries are just a charade with less capabilities to solve social issues

Politics has reduced KCCA to a mere ghost of itself that now works as an automatic on and off switch

What else can one do
