Is this true? 

The reknowned Ugandan Billion dollar Man *Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia* is still swimming in trouble. As we speak almost all his buildings and properties have been taken over by BOU for non payment of the outstanding bills. In just a week, he lost Boulevard Building, Kabira Country Club, Speke Resort Munyonyo, Speke Hotel on Speke Road....and of course all his buildings that were housing his Crane Bank across the Country. Government is still demanding from him about 500 billion shillings and its planning to take ownership of his Marital House. It is also not known of Dr. Sudhirs Whereabouts. He is on the run because he might end up in Luzira again for defaulting.
