{UAH} Betty Nambooze gives Mao a two week ultimatum to put DP things right or wait for consequences

Mukono Municipality Member of Parliament also Democratic Party stout member, Betty Nambooze has given the party President General Norbert Mao a two week ultimatum to put things right including expelling elements of "Good DP" from the party or wait for consequences.

She said Mao had proved he was either weak or in bed with the enemy by doing nothing about the status of State Youth minister Nakiwala Kiyingi and Baswaale Kezaala who was appointed deputy ambassador recently.

President Yoweri Museveni recently characterized DP vice president Denis Mukasa Mbidde as a"good DP man", a description that has unsettled the party.

Apparently, DP is at a verge of collapse due to political loopholes surrounding the party and a section of members are pinpointing Mao to be the root cause of all troubles.
