There was no evidence either to qualify their inference. He should have provided evidence of atleast one single event and gloss over the others for credibility purposes and nail it to its logical granularity.
Say, immigration data shows Robert Shaka travel on 11/11/2013 and "TVO" indicated travel with in the same date range with screen shots and all borders and airports exclusively for Robert Shaka's travel for that period.
Just having my travel data with a passing mention of "TVO" reporting travel is a fat joke. Besides there are many travelers unless the airport was closed for everyone else but me exclusively.
Anyway, the problem is that they made conclusions am "TVO" before carrying investigations so they are now looking for info to fit their biased political opinions.
I don't think that is how I would approach this investigation. You have to have the skills and divorce ones political opinions from the investigation.
