WAS ARCH BISHOP LUWUM A LIBERATION THELOGIAN?
Brothers and sisters, welcome from Juma prayer this afternoon. l
prayed at MM Arcade Luwum Street. The Imaam reminded Muslims that in
Islam there is no priesthood and warned against leaving sheikhs and
mwalimus a monopoly of Islamic knowledge, when some of them are not
credible.
A lot has been said but on my Dream TV talk show from 7.00 pm to 8.00
pm tonight, the subject matter will be remembering the late Arch
Bishop Jenan Luwum, whether he was a liberation theologian, a priest
that believes in justified armed struggle or he was a mere outspoken?
A panel of journalists are going to analyze facts including what
transpired at House of Bishops' retreat at Lweza before The Roman
Catholic Church, the Greek Orthodox Church under Uganda Joint
Christian Council, and later Mufti and Deputy Mufti were invited. A
precursor of what transpired at International Conference Center now
Serena International Conference Center.
