{UAH} Finding Money and keeping it is a crime

In the UK, It is a Crime to pocket money you find lying on the floor. You have to report it to the police and will only be given to you after a statutory time limit has expired, if the owner can not be found. In Uganda, you are a hero if you steal public property. Kayibanda Museveni has stolen $12 billion of Ugandan money and resources but no one has taken him to court. Under Kayibanda Museveni's corrupt mis-rule, crime pays.

Finding Money and keeping it is a crime but common sense should tell you so. On the other hand what do you do when you see money on the floor..... I guess ignore or take it to the police: Woman who found £20 on the floor ended up with a criminal record for pocketing it. http://metro.co.uk/…/woman-who-found-20-on-the-floor-ende…/…
