{UAH} Ladies and gentlemen, i bring this to your attention.

There is virtually no investment in high value local government projects with high Returns on Investments like; Housing Estates, Stadia , Commericial Estate (industial/shoping centres) and over all urban infratructure and how do you expect - the telecommunication, ICT, construction industry and automecho engineering sectors will develop?

Moreover there is no way you can take electricity , fixed telephony/digital radio/TV and Internet (biggest communication to network) t majoriy citizens and hence loss of revenue!

It is typical African budgeting!
