{UAH} SHOULD WE INTRODUCE DEATH PENALTY FOR CRIME OF PLUNDER?

As the corruption, graft and malfeasance under the occupation regime of Rwandan outlaw Kayibanda Museveni reaches obscene levels of depravity, many Ugandans have come to the conclusion that we will need to take severe measures to deal with the problem. For consideration is the introduction of a separate crime of PLUNDER which will cover most of the corrupt practices now endemic in the Kayibanda Museveni regime. The punishment for plunder would be the DEATH PENALTY.
